I'd like to know how it was sold to the Smorgon group. I think we really need a very impressive JORC upgrade to give some comfort, for me anyway. 750 000 000 new shares goes against what Geraint said a few days ago when he said they were looking for 'non diluted funding opportunities'. Maybe he was refering to further down the track towards infrastructure and production costs. The share consolidation has been mentioned a few times in the past and speculated at 10:1 and obviously share price would end up @5-6c. Energia/Alta Zinc first started providing drill results in 2013 for Gorno from what I can see reding through historical Energia/ Alta Zinc announcements I really want to see some very positive JORC resource results and firm dates for and regular comments on when production is likely to commence. If you read through Energia/Alta Zinc reports estimated production dates have bounced around quite a bit over the years. If I remember correctly one report Energia talked about 2017 they would be producing. But agree if Smorgons have been sold on it again then Alta Zinc must of been able to provide some very good evidence based information and results. Id just like to be privy to that sales pitch.
