I’m an lead to believe, cohiba literally announced they met their requirements for land agreement.
also they have holes planned. Potentially even more in the works.. these holes get pulled it might very well be time to jump ship. If they continue and land agreement is settled that’s two extremely positive announcements that should be shortly followed by one another.
While volume over all isn’t currently where SH would like. have a look at course of sales. Numerous going through at 20k
