wonder if the placement people, the investing partners who hav been given about 100000 options will argue for an extension claiming they thought they were investing in TD leadeville. so a change in TD ought to be equitably matched with new option conditions. i noticed gpn changed option parameters due to the market slump which put their opitons out of the money
