I think the point that is being made about this deal is that it was not offered to existing shareholders in a structured planned format like it was for the soph's. So for people to get on here and say oh take it easy you're getting upset is not actually reading the posts properly. I'm certainly not upset and I don't perceive others to be, rather the posts read as the lack of comprehension as to why... A) Why it was completed less than 2 weeks before JORC? and B) Why were SH's not awarded the same opportunity?

To issue a direct rights offering does not require underwriting to my knowledge, so how is this more expensive? Wouldn't have been that difficult to show some loyalty and go okay...we'll structure it to give existing shareholders the opportunity @ a percentage of the placement for a percentage of shares or options they hold, with the back stop added over and above to soph figures. TNR get the funds and existing SH's get to benefit also.

It is what it is I couldn't care less about the actual deal it would be impossible please all stakeholders I understand, but don't sit there and tell me where going to be as less dilutionary as possible on multiple occasions and then do the exact opposite.

And yes still positive about the company's heading, still happy (as mentioned yesterday) regarding progress in SP and management hard work, still happy with the resource potential and trust these points coupled with macro events unfolding will project TNR to great heights.

thanks mate this is my sentiment exactly. Has saved me from writing it. Looks like will get sold down under the CR price and will certainly buy more if it goes too deep.
