I think everyone's forgetting the Mongolian government don't have any ownership over Kharmagtai, unlike their 34% in Oyu Tolgoi (with Turquoise Hill & RIO).

This is a massive plus for any suitor as they won't need to deal with the Mongolian government not wanting to pay their share of the project capex, it'll just be tax and I believe a small NSR.

Kharmagtai is 90% owned by XAM & 10% Kerry Group.
