A review conducted in June of the recent top forty lists will support my view (but to what extent I'm not sure).
Regardless, I see it as a positive rather than a negative
(despite adding to short term pressue on sp). As long as the shortfall allocation goes to well intended holders.
I accept that it may not have any material impact on whether or not the shortfall will (is already) met. As I think you have intimated.
