I don't see how this could work @pods Min investment through Bricklets is $20K + 1% transaction fee, and by the looks of the T&Cs wouldn't allow piece meal investments. Bricklets aside looks to be a platform for millennial to access Unit Trust type investment alternatives in to real assets. Bricklets I would imagine would need their own development in to a stack of engineering involving speaking to Titles register offices, Conveyancers, PegaSystems.
Where it makes sense for Rentpay to fit in, is as a wallet to receive the investros portion of Rental income. May potentially allow Renters to offest outgoings by this for better money management.
Definitely disruptive.
