Kevin, just a 'forward thinking' long term statement....much like the ones they now put in their announcements that mean "this might be a load of garbage we're announcing, but as long as we put this in the ann we can get away with saying anything"

They don't really believe everyone will just forget it and go away?
The board needs to be rolled.
Time is running out for them to keep going at this rate.

No cash, and no rational explanations for what they've done with it and why they can't recoup it for shareholders.
