I think the main thing to focus on is the lack of trades that are currently occurring, in Western Australia for instance it'll be so difficult to find someone under $50 an hour to put a washing line up, clean your Airbnb and the list goes on, expect this to go nuts over the next 2 weeks
And it isn't even close to being busy right now
