This is a dull thread I have to say!! I find it hard to believe Herbert Smith Freehills would start the bragging rights on 17th March if this wasn't nailed on. JDV target date was 31st March by his own shareholder statement so we'll have to see if he hits his target, timing seems perfect IMO. Saying that, price action doesn't suggest much is happening but that maybe waiting for the 21 day mourning to finish and guidance on Samia Suluhu Hassan direction, from what I've read she will be more accommodating to foreign investment. Crunch time.
