rocettrog................the Merrill Lynch Nominees Account is supposed to be where Anil Mankar moved his 117 Mil shares to.
The JP Morgan Nominees Account is where Anil Mankars (2) Daughters moved their funds to also.
So the three of them Peter, Robert & Anil (+ Daughters) are the controlling interests in these shares.
Your post with the Thurs and Friday last week Off Market Bulk Transfers totaling >60mil share with code SX XTmust have come from them OR
another entity such as InstinetNomura [which specializes in accumulation of shares on behalf of large funds etc] which did the transfer of Market shares it had accumulated.
InstinetNomura has been one of, if not THE major accumulator of daily shares for several weeks showing this in Broker Reports.
If so these could well have been for and gone to Cathie Woods ARK Fund. Perhaps the new Space ETF ???

Name Shares Capital Mr Peter Aj Van Der Made 176,305,508 13.18% Mr Robert F Mitro 120,202,500 8.99% Merrill Lynch (Australia) Nominees Pty Limited (1) 99,920,715 7.47% J P Morgan Nominees Australia Pty Limited 22,983,041 1.72%
It would therefore seem really only two logical explanations for these 60+ Mil shares (Aftermarket transfers).
1. Someone (Mr Musk ?) acquiring from the 3 Top holders as part of partnership/takeover ( note: sell 20% but have remaining 80% go up 5000% in 5 years due to Mr Musk. Winner! ).
2. InstinetNomura accumulation being transferred to K.Woods ARK Fund (Space ETF?) ( known accumulation from Broker Reports)
Either would be very good, But I personally believe Mr Musk would be the best for many reasons.
Number 2 listed has some strong evidence supporting it.
Number 1 has strong connections as evidence but the accumulation by InstinetNomura would need to be explained where it has all gone!
