Quite sure they are motivated, just they don't know what to do, they most likely can't produce a concentrate or carbonate cost effectively as a stepping stone as others have done/planning to do, there is NO direct ROW customer base ATM, others are in the box seat to harvest any expansion, the Dragon wants to value add domestically not purchase oxides, been pointing that out for years here.

Just look at who's moved on significant CR to advance projects past 12 months or so, even the dreamboats are going now, as Chinese equities appear to be tumbling off the top.

The fact ARU could not put together a credible business plan, at current prices, to secure one or two key investors to underpin a significant raise is telling. To retain any credibility the Board has to be considering refreshing current mgt who have made little to no progress building a business past decade.
