Is there a chance the dividend may be cut, similiar to the banks? All the earnings are being paid out with the dividend only just covered by earnings. Where will the funds come from to participate in the governments broadband plan, I just wonder if the market is starting to discount this as the share price is very weak and may partly explain, when it should be performing in this enviroment. New management may want to stamp their mark and focus more on growth, anybody seen any brokers reports following the new management appointments.
