    Find it absolutely ridiculous that risk-averse posters have to include this silly "caveat" in their posts as if they're somehow liable for poor financial advice.

    "Hi solicitor, I'd like to sue this guy who's post I read on a public stocks forum, took as financial advice and now made a loss. His username is beans_72. Do I have a case against him?"
