As @Retas just mentioned on the other thread BOE currently have ~15mil in cash, so the bigger question is what is this money going to be used for? Restart? My guess is plant upgrades/refurbishment in anticipation of re-start. This would be a big positive.
And not at 10c. Something like 15% discount to 7 day VWAP so something like 13.5c
