Capital raising could have as much impact on HDR's short term price as an oil discovery, only negative.
I coupled your comment #1 (fund raising on UK market) with the recent placing of Mr. Raven in the UK as HDR's rep. which adds weight to your argument.
I know very little about fund raising, but if HDR's price exceeds $1.10 I'd almost expect HDR management to start holding out their caps for more cash.
If this were to happen, would you see HDR fund raising price fluctuation as a good buying opportunity to increase stakes, or as a point to sell then re-enter to lock in some profit?
