This "bumbling lot" seem to have done pretty well to date. Looking forward to the increase in head grade and production, the buy back and the development of NE. Can't blame people for wanting to buy the shares cheaper. The time taken necessarily depends on the government complying with the road map, set by the company, which appears to be taking time. Hard to blame the company for the delay. They are part of the way through. This includes compliance with the new legislation of the only gold mine in Thailand, with haggling as to tax rates, incentives and royalties.
