I guess we won't know how PNA sp will be affected until we hear how much per share for the 100 million being issued-imo,(i may be wrong)sp will be diluted by 5.44% (100mil more onto 1,838 mil shares) if issued at current sp.
Good news that PNA will have a holder with large (19.9%) interest & that if issue goes ahead successfully, cash won't be a problem.
Just my opinion
