The spec stocks are trying to prove that they have something so they can get funding to keep going and perhaps one day go into production.
Galaxy know what they have and need to get into production. Spending money on proving more life in a resource that will out live many of us doesn't make sense.
We will know more about whats going on at SDV in a few weeks time, and hopefully get to see those results with lower Mg & Ca that have been so obviously demonstrated.
