As for SOI. It is an absolute pointless argument. At anytime, the company can reduce SOI by consolidation. It is a mute point.
When someone buys shares in a company, they are effectively buying X % of that company. Lets say I have $10k to invest. If a company has 100M shares, or 100B shares, I am still buying x% of the company. How many shares you get is irrelevant. People that argue about SOI show their complete lack of intelligence about how these things work.
