Don't get me wrong the concept is great and IF it all clicks together
good luck to PIL
The APPs are the absolute key , as is the take up rate and usage .
Similarly you need really switched on support to makes sure a new user
is having an easy & good experience because if some on boards
and they don't get an easy to uses experience - its doubtful they will use it again , its doubtful they will tell others ...and there one big lost opportunity .
In other words the growth should be almost "Viral " - if the value proposition is really there
I'm not even gunner mention figures - but happy to expand on that subject , if any one wants to .
