Hi, I am trying to understand what has happened in India. I have just returned to this ECT forum to catch up on their progress (or lack of).
The last time I looked (3 years ago), they had a MOU with NLC and NMDC. Has this fallen apart? Why?
Many indicate that ECT has failed and withdrawn from India. Do ECT have anything left in India?
