That could happen in my opinion BBO? they would be well aware that the royalties are going to go to Silex, but they would also know that exactly the same technology was being used for ZSS.
That has a supposed market worth around $40 billion in about 25 years or so on prediction? and there is of course IQE as a bonus, not as silly as it sounds I reckon.
