You missed the second part (and the point) of rodad's question. PAA is not guaranteed to be $1 in 12 months but we only need one product to work extremely well and be commercialised for that to happen. So if you believe that, as rodad does, how many would you buy today??
Basically saying if you think the company is undervalued then put your money where your mouth is (which rodad is doing).
