I'm genuinely beginning to believe that Novartis may be thinking of acquiring us lock, stock and barrel. Why dick around trying to pick up the rights for one indication, when you take the lot and sell-off those outside your scope of interest to part cover your outlay? It would make economic and business sense to do so. How much they would be willing to pay to own a couple of potential blockbuster treatments is anyone's guess? But if it did eventuate, I'm pretty sure it would be involve a double digit billion dollar number.
