Boy/girl am I glad that I pulled the emergency brake a few days ago with a realised $159,000 loss. At today's price I could have added the purchase price of a Toyo Toyota Corolla. I know that this contribution will spurn a few emotional responses, but I am just so relieved despite my current financial situation. (PS: I am not ramping, either UP or DOWN).
