This is a question following on from your post @Praetorian2011 . Are these small sales nickel and dime day traders, or a bigger organisation who would prefer to see the price depressed? If so for what reason?
Possible that it helps Short positions close, but to close you have to buy and surely if you are selling you are adding to the short position if you are not selling actual stock. it has to be more than that. This has been a slow deflation which implies that there are not many new buyers currently, so no big demand.
That is in keeping with our wait position. Markets move on news I am told.
So could it be someone who wants a lower price for a reason? I’m stumped, anyone else want to Takeover this conversation or anything else for that matter? In the vernacular I’ve picked up from on of my favourite posters, “just sayin!” (Can’t remember if I should use the g)
