I fully agree with your view on the benefits of discussion, but I would urge posters to FOCUS ON THE FACTS. Emotional rants don't advance anyone's understanding, least of all the ones that get personal.
My AVOCA analogy doesn't say that CQT is doing a great job, but using 4 years as a benchmark, does say that THE NEXT 12 MONTHS ARE CRUCIAL AND CQT NEEDS TO SHOW TRUE RUNS ON THE BOARD IN THAT TIME FRAME!
