I'm hopeless at trading so my price estimations are usually wrong. I think it's pretty obvious she is heading up today. I am not sure where she will land but i wonder if there has been a leaky ship yesterday or if it was a run following vpg.

I'm very optimistic about cer and believe that we are going to start running out of time to take advantage of some of the extremely underpriced REITs. I like this one the best but that is just my opinion. DYOR
