The fact that we only got 62% shows we were hardly on the generous side of a Bon Valuation - if we buy it for what it is worth then there is no dilution - just a larger merged company - Can't see this will make much difference though - the same as Mak at 62c - not good enough 3 weeks ago - why now? - Saracen's idea of an excuse for time extension more likely as 90% seems impossible in that time frame.
