long time no see.
Well you can make arguments ether way for consolidation. I believe its not the right time to consolidate because if we can break 10 cents the SOI will be okay. consolidating at this time could lead to more dilution as it makes it easier to justify another raise. (I believe they will have no problem raising money by the way.)
Although Its really all the same.
Example.
Raise at 10%. 3 billon shares (300m), 20-1 is 150m (15m).
Just be happy to be able to hold a share. =-]
