    The issue of dilution is often misunderstood.

    In short, whether dilution is positive or negative depends on the purpose of funds raised and how credible the company is in delivering on promises.

    Would you have cared if Tesla diluted your ownership from 10% to 1% if its Market Value increased 40 folds??

    Dilution can not be considered good or bad... the answer is always "It Depends"
