great post Vatreni . The increasing battery metals use of Tungsten is just icing on the cake for me. indeed the likely hood of sino-western conflict is also just icing on the cake.
he fact is that as well as military and defence purposes (20%) tungsten is used mainly in plain jane industries like mining 30%, cutting car and plane bodies, electronics, aerospace, medical (replacing joints) packaging, oil and gas even the filaments in lights.
The market price is low during covid and expected to rise back to pre covid levels if not more. With an annual expected CAGR of 8% this mine should be making around 10% more profit each year on its 14 (and can go much bigger) mine life. so while the experts calculate it can make AUD 25 mill NPAT pa only now. that should increase rapidly with the growing demand and very limited supply.
If anyone does even 3 hours of research on the tungsten market and the political industrial and military pressures in the west to get this mine opened (the military particularly need high purity tungsten and this is the ONLY one in the west - and also the best quality in the world) Then they should realise -as we have- that its a complete no brainer that this mine will get funded and the stock will go to nd probably well over 50 -60 cents a share and then rise more from there each year with the Tungsten price and growing demand and increase in reserves to be drilled out later.
so why wait till it happens and regret not jumping in earlier? - just start averaging in now. I doubt this will go much below 30 cents again, and if it does ill be collecting more.
demand for tungsten - now at 4 billion a year is estimated to reach 8.5 billion by 2025. that's just 4 years away. where is that doubling in production gonna come from China is running low, the west is almost all closed out and no one else has tungsten as high purity s Dolphin mine.
so fill yer boots while you can - just like all the billionaires who re owning a majority of this stock now are doing...hello?? why do you think they are doing that? follow the smart money.
