The 15% shareholder limit remains until mid August.
Would love to see a BGA/A2M merger but I don't see a tie up between BGA and A2M and can't see any reason why they would wish to get together in the next couple of years. BGA will have its hands full with the recent acquisition and getting them all working together.
As a shareholder of Bega for about 60 years and a 7 figure shares holder of the current form I am more than happy for BGA to continue the path they are on at the moment and stay away from A2M. One bite at a time as they say.
If only A2M could get someone like Barry to look after the company.
