I can't help but to wonder what origin energy is thinking.
They now sell nbn,if for example origin acquired hta or vodafone it would give origin a massive immediate fixed market share ie 26% and access to a mobile network,in return origin has a 4m customer base and quality gas and electricity retail assets for tpg to take advantage of.
agl and optus have made an agreement,origin surely must be considering this option.?
