It's not a cup and handle formation, if you want to talk about TA.
The RHS of the cup has to be at the same height as the LHS peak. It isn't, it is much lower.
It's still in a long term downtrend.
It would need to get to $10 before you can start talking cups and handles. And that last sentence doesn't imply I think it will get there.
