if they start to close out on news of the IND filing it kind of indicates that part of their ‘thesis’ is that there would be a hitch or delay with filing. As Mozz said looks like there might be some games on the market so maybe there is an attempted controlled exit and then we would be clear to rise. Short report will be telling
