I can't see this getting dumped too hard, it would be illogical for the sophs; for the sake of illustration, assume:
A single soph. bought all 600m shares @ 6.5c = $39m cost
The single soph dumped all the shares at or around current price - 600m x 6.9c = $41.4m return
$41.4m less $39m = $2.4m profit or circa 6%.
Hardly seems worth the effort to me, then consider that it obviously wasn't a single soph and the numbers above would decrease proportionately to % of new shares taken up from raising - while the margin would effectively remain same (approx. 6%), the dollar figure in profit becomes significantly less worthwhile.
Who knows but I'd suspect a fair run to the upside is on the cards before we see any meaningful dumping of new shares (assuming that all original profit takers from the initial run up were out before the raise).
