This is my take:

This reduces the barrier to entry for TGA patients to Althea products (no OTC).

Its an innovation that will help people find the product that's right for them for 30% of the cost of buying a full 100ml vial. These products are expensive and people want to try them to see if they like them. This is especially important where a company goes up against budget producers providing a cheaper but less desirable product. I can definitely say I would pay more for a product that I like using, but that at the moment its very hard to try many products without a very large bank account.

All in all I see this as AGH being responsive to market and willing to respond to the opportunities.
