Hi @ZaraZ. I'm not 100% positive what you're asking...however I think what you are referring to is that the announcement "ceasing to be a substantial holder" is not anything to worry about. It is due to additional shares being issued and not due to a large holder selling their shares. The "dilution" in this case, it means that a former substantial holder has the same number of shares as before, however with more SOI, they have a lower percentage. Had the "ceasing to be a substantial holder" announcement been due to a sophisticated large holder selling, it could be a bad sign.
