Until an exploration/mining company is cashflow positive it likely needs to raise capital to survive and/or to fund capital intensive exploration as in this case. Raising capital to fund exciting exploration opportunities will be oversubscribed from retail or institution. Raising capital to keep the snouts in the trough well fed is a different matter and I wouldn’t have invested here if I thought management were like this. Time will tell though this is a necessary evil and part of the growing pains - the drill bit is the arbiter of truth and that’s why I’m here.
