Andrew Michelmore has an obvious conflict of interest and should not be involved in such negotiations (i.e. judging whether alternative bids are in shareholders interest). I am also surprised that he would come out and make such statements given his position. That Cusack has allowed him to remain in as CEO is an insult to shareholders, unethical, self serving etc.
