If history repeats itself, the share price will double from here on the back of this announcement. In the scheme of things, DM selling 1M shares is minuscule and irrelevant to IMEC’s work in the Multi Billion dollar production cleanroom.
The only person that matters is Dr Guido Arnout, if he sell then I’m out. Most likely Acquisition at that point.
