bad bad deal... ROC pretty much paid $550m for 40% of the BMG field, so 1/4 of that should be at least $130m... i think ROC is struggling to raise capital for the development work. Currently the floating rig is costing way too much, i think it's $25/barrel compared to $15/barrel on other development work.
