Maybe they are punting on the Tanzanian approvals fizzling out again, if they think about it at all.
Assuming everything else goes according to Hoyle and/or they are wrong on Tanzania, then at some stage it will be interesting when that volume of shares has to be bought in a rush. Will need some concerted retail buying to spark it off I guess.
