I can see there is a game going on. Some people may commit to 30k funds in the bank to try to get part of the SPP. Some people, or people who are not shareholders, may choose or have to (because they weren't on the registry) buy on the market. Some may do both. Obviously if you're a buyer you want the lowest price available.
Notable here is that nobody has anything bad to say about the company. It's all about the entry price, which is why it's so funny.
