Carbon emissions know no boundaries - they escape into the atmosphere from wherever they are produced. Surely it is incumbent on us all to contribute to the effort in minimalizing their production at an individual level irrespective of national boundaries and percentages etc etc.
Investing in stocks like PLS and therefore making a quid is a plus.
