re: Ann: Confirms commitment to Talecris acqu... I do not know the ftc system very well, but CSL is a big player in the US and would not want to harm it's reputation. So CSL would only do the fighting of the ftc decision if they believed that they had a good case. As an investor, we need to trust that the managment and board are doing the right thing and have shareholder interests at the forefront.
At times like this I ask myself does the company management and board in question have a good track record? If the answer is yes, then I need to trust them this time as well that they have made the correct call.
