Interesting link. AHX & ZNO have a partnership & both have Regal as shareholders wth the ZNO CEO selling directly to Regal to reduce his holding last Feb. The ZNO CEO is not exactly clued up on what should & should not be disclosed & I know has continued to talk to Regal post the sell down. Trials of ZNO products at the University of Iowa are due to end next month & would be the trigger for big sales into the US Swine market potentially $30m p.a. of Revenue for AHX. Regal hold shares both for the long term & also to lend out for shorting but don't disclose a reduced holding when they do.
