As a general rule, if the CEO has resigned then it takes a little time to work out the details for what I am hoping will be a smooth and supported transition. The CEO of 1ST is the founder of this company and no doubt carries a lot of history, knowledge and key relationships that the company would be wise to retain access to for a period. The announcement will probably come out before market opens tomorrow IMO. If this doesn't look like it is being managed properly then I'm out. I like the business and have been a strong supporter.
